Description

You will combine manual software testing with client communication and project coordination, helping connect customer needs with developers. The work includes finding and verifying issues, communicating insights to the development team, and translating client expectations into actionable requirements. You’ll also help ensure tasks and projects move in the right direction with tracking, reporting, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of applications to verify functionality and find defects

• Collaborate with developers by communicating findings and jointly searching for solutions

• Communicate with clients to identify needs, refine requirements, and convert expectations into concrete assignments

• Connect people and information within the team and across departments so everyone understands progress and direction

• Coordinate projects by monitoring tasks, deadlines, and work progress; prepare reports and maintain project status overview

• Gradually expand into additional areas of project management and take on increased responsibility

Requirements

• Technical IT background and orientation in software application environments

• Interest in technologies and software development; willingness to understand how things work and investigate root causes

• Experience with software testing, ideally manual testing

• Strong communication skills to share technical problems clearly with clients and developers

• Team-oriented mindset

• Organizational skills: set priorities, track deadlines, and drive tasks to completion

• Reliability and responsibility; initiative-taking mindset

• Desire to learn new things and grow into broader responsibilities
