Description

You will develop and standardize a Sanity CMS platform used by multiple internet services and brands. The work includes designing content architecture and schemas, building a shared multisite/multi-brand data model, setting up governance and permissions (including document-level permissions), and supporting content migration with field mapping and model validation. You will also help implement AI-supported editorial and developer workflows, collaborating with frontend, business, and editorial teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Sanity Studio for an ecosystem of ~10 internet services

• Design and evolve content schemas and content models aligned with business needs

• Create and maintain a shared data model for multisite and multi-brand environments

• Design content targeting mechanisms per service and brand

• Support migration of content into Sanity (field mapping, data validation, and content parity)

• Configure governance and manage user permissions, including publishing permissions per selected services

• Implement and maintain document-level permission mechanisms

• Collaborate with frontend, business, and editorial teams to deploy and manage content

• Support business users and editors in daily work with Sanity Studio

• Contribute to designing and developing AI-supported workflows and agent-based tools for code generation and review

Requirements

• Commercial experience delivering Sanity CMS projects

• Very strong knowledge of Sanity Studio and schema/content modeling

• Practical experience with Content Lake and GROQ

• Very strong TypeScript skills

• Experience migrating content to Sanity

• Knowledge of governance, permissions management, and content security

• Experience designing content models for multisite and multi-brand environments

• Experience with agent-based tooling that supports software delivery (code generation and code review)

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and business users

• English proficiency (minimum B2/C1) for international work and occasional client contact
