Description

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers to build scalable data platforms and AI-driven solutions. Own modern data architectures and deliver data products using advanced analytics and machine learning to support smarter decision-making. Drive AI initiatives from concept to production, building solutions with Python, SQL, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor data engineers
• Design and scale data platforms, pipelines, and data models
• Drive AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics from concept to production
• Develop scalable data workflows, automation, and analytical applications
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Define technical standards and best practices across data and AI initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, machine learning, or related technical fields
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical professionals
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and scalable data solutions
• Advanced hands-on Python and SQL skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern data technologies
• Experience deploying machine learning or AI solutions into production
• Fluent English communication (Czech is an advantage)
