Description

Lead complex e-commerce projects while building long-term relationships with business clients. You will coordinate specialists (Ads, SEO, Copywriting, Design), develop marketplace sales strategies, track KPIs, manage ad budgets and profitability, and present results to clients. You will also identify new opportunities for expanding cooperation and quickly resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage an e-commerce project portfolio end-to-end

• Coordinate specialist teams (Ads, SEO, Copywriting, Design)

• Create and implement marketplace sales strategies (e.g., Allegro, Amazon, Empik, Erli)

• Monitor KPI delivery and ensure projects stay on schedule

• Manage advertising budgets and project profitability

• Run client meetings, build long-term client relationships, and present outcomes

• Identify new opportunities for additional services

• Resolve ongoing problems and coordinate fast responses when issues arise

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce projects (preferably in an agency environment)

• Very good knowledge of marketplace platforms, especially Allegro and Amazon

• Knowledge of marketplace advertising, logistics, and how selling platforms operate

• Ability to analyze business indicators such as GMV, ROAS, ACoS, CTR, conversion, and margin

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

• Independence, accountability, and ability to build partnership-based client relationships
