Description

You will bring direction based on e-commerce and marketing numbers and market understanding, then translate that intent into functional solutions. You will run pre-implementation analysis, manage delivery (scope, budget, schedule, and risks across development, UX, and marketing), and verify impact using conversion rate, revenue, and ROAS. You do this from the initial idea through a documented result.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities with assigned clients before they ask (functions, campaigns, or recommendations not to spend)

• Decide what makes sense technically and economically (native functions, add-ons, integrations, or custom development)

• Convert intent into a project plan, including pre-implementation analysis

• Drive delivery: timeline, budget, scope, and risks; align development, UX, and marketing for a single launch date

• Close the loop: evaluate results in conversion ratio, revenue, and ROAS; feed learnings back into the roadmap

Requirements

• Experience delivering digital projects with ownership of delivery timelines and budget

• Strong ability to read and discuss e-commerce and marketing metrics (conversion rate, ROAS/PNO, CPA, LTV)

• Ability to present and support your own initiative with a specific client outcome you drove

• Comfort saying no to clients to strengthen the relationship

• Understanding of contract economics (margin, change requests, change management)
