Project Manager - Content Systems

Project Manager with Content management or DXP experience required to join our eCommerce Team on a contract basis.An experienced Project Manager who leads teams to deliver high quality, complex projects on budget and within a specified timeframe to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case. You will work closely with the Programme Manager/Account Director to achieve productivity goals and contribute to the organisation’s overall success.Please note that this job is a B2B contract position located in Poland.Please send us your CV in English.What you’ll be doingEffectively run complex projects using Agile methodologiesSupport the efficient flow of work by providing solutions to issues and blockersProduce accurate status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues communicating to various audiences including key stakeholders and sponsorsManage several workstreams successfully, ensuring the teams understand what is expected of them in terms of output and qualityManage the interdependencies between the various workstreamsInspire and lead teams with little Agile experience, suggesting process and practical improvements as appropriateMotivate teams to achieve individual and team objectives, to deliver high quality outputs within agreed timeframesFocus on improving delivery processesProvide support to Junior Project Managers within your accountReview and update the project resource plan on a regular basis, keeping tight control of project budgetsFoster close relationships with senior management and business stakeholders, be seen as a credible, reliable expertDevelop customer confidence by understanding their needs and delivering first class solutions Set and manage client expectations, including resolving client escalations with diplomacyChair meetings/reviews with multiple stakeholder requirementsKeep up to date with emerging industry practices What we want from youProven software development Project Management experience,eCommerce experience ideally within a retail environmentHands-on experience on web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar).Experience managing requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial/publishing workflows, or content migrations.Proven experience managing re-platforming Projects and owning the cutover processProven experience of scope control within project deliveryProven experience working on eCommerce platform projects, delivering change to external stakeholdersExperience working on Content projectsExperience working on Experience projectsA good understanding of the software development lifecycle and release managementAbility to define, manage and deliver to customer expectations within strict deadlinesAbility to deal with ambiguity, embrace and react to change with enthusiasm and critical thinkingExperience of leading and managing teams at different stages of the team’s lifecycleExperience of modern software development practicesStrong understanding of agile delivery techniques and lean ways of workingExperience of managing people and financial budgets (including project budgeting, monitoring financials, reporting etc)Solid time management & organisational skillsExcellent negotiation skills and an ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacyRelevant Project Management qualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBonus points if you haveAgile / Scrum master experienceExperience working with multiple different ecommerce / experience platforms
