Description

You will manage premium web, e-commerce, and web application projects from requirements through launch, ensuring top quality, on-time delivery, and budget control. You will coordinate design, development, testing, copywriting, and SEO analytics, communicate with clients, and handle scope changes and additional work negotiations. After launch, you’ll provide client handover, training, and ongoing checks to confirm everything is working.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end (from assignment to launch) for web, e-shop, or web application
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: designers, developers, tester, copywriter, SEO analyst
• Communicate with clients; ensure deadlines and budget are met (Asana, Costlocker)
• Act as the final quality gate before delivery to the client
• Address scope changes; negotiate more work; be able to say “no” when necessary
• Track team utilization and project profitability to prevent both idle capacity and burnout
• Prepare monthly reports, billing materials, update CRM, and handle general administration
• Stay available after launch: deliver access, train the client, and verify functionality

Requirements

• Agency project management experience (ideally 4+ years)
• English communication at B2/C1 level for international clients
• Strong organization and ability to manage 3–5 projects simultaneously
• Experience leading a small cross-disciplinary team
• Basic web knowledge sufficient to understand developer discussions (no coding required)
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and web analytics
• Assertive communication with clients and with the internal team
• Fast learning and adaptability to new processes, including AI-enabled workflows
