Description

You will support development teams in applying Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and other ways of working. You will facilitate planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other collaboration events; identify organizational barriers; and recommend improvements based on qualitative and quantitative data. You will also help teams use feedback and metrics to increase user and stakeholder value, while promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coach delivery teams, Product Owners, and Project Managers in improving how work is organized and how cross-IT collaboration works

  • Facilitate planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other effective collaboration events

  • Identify organizational obstacles and propose/enable improvement actions

  • Analyze process and workflow effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, and prepare improvement recommendations

  • Support teams in using data and feedback to guide decisions and increase value delivered to users and stakeholders

  • Promote practices for measuring process and workflow effectiveness and achievement of business goals

  • Build self-organization and accountability by developing skills for independent planning, running meetings, and continuous process improvement

  • Promote collaboration, transparency, experimentation, and continuous improvement culture

  • Support adoption of standards, practices, and tools for delivering projects and products

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Agile, Scrum Master work, process improvement, or supporting developer teams

  • Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean

  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Figma/Miro (or equivalent)

  • Workshop facilitation experience for delivery teams

  • Ability to analyze processes and identify improvement areas

  • Ability to use data and feedback to identify problems and recommend improvements

  • Experience in monitoring and interpreting effectiveness indicators for teams and processes

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build a collaboration culture and support organizations through change
