Description

You will manage 2–3 client digital product projects at a time, acting as their day-to-day partner and contact. The role centers on running Agile delivery with Scrum or Kanban, facilitating team ceremonies, coordinating with clients daily, and supporting presales. You’ll also own internal reporting on profitability, timelines, and staffing, while coaching the team and improving how projects are run.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, meetings, and workshops; run 1:1s; provide honest feedback to keep the project team motivated

• Work in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) tailored to each project and client

• Maintain daily contact with clients and collaborate with sales to grow relationships (presales included)

• Produce internal reporting on project profitability, expected duration, and required headcount

• Share updates and support team growth through collaboration and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Proactive, responsible behavior with the willingness to raise tough topics

• Generalist mindset (not limited to strict Scrum purism)

• Ability to maintain full project context and work preventively; know when to step in vs. let the team solve

• Ability to align clients, the delivery team, and internal colleagues; comfortable with clarifying “obvious” points

• Understanding of software development; openness to new ideas and learning from mistakes

• Experience with at least some of Jira, Azure, Asana, GitLab, Linear (agency experience is a plus)

• Fluent Czech and English

• Ability to work from the office 2–3 days a week
