Description

Work with cross-functional teams to assess, validate, and improve business processes using process mining, analytics, and automation. Implement end-to-end process mining solutions—from system connections and data transformation/modeling to process analysis, recommendations, and optimization strategies. Facilitate stakeholder training and develop process mining roadmaps to realize improvement potential.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes using process mining, analytics, and automation

  • Implement end-to-end process analyses with tools such as Celonis, UiPath, ABBYY Timeline, and others

  • Connect systems to extract data, transform and model it, and build process analyses

  • Identify improvement potential and develop strategies to realize value

  • Train and coach stakeholders on using process mining tools

  • Define process mining strategies and roadmaps for successful implementation

Requirements

  • Education in computer science, information technology, business information technology, mathematics, or a related field

  • Several years of IT experience in cross-functional and international teams (business and data analytics, data-driven consulting, or similar)

  • Experience in data visualization with strong end-user focus using process mining and/or business intelligence tools

  • Data extraction from sources such as SAP, Oracle, and MS SQL

  • Data transformation and performance-optimized modeling

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and/or similar query language

  • Ability to understand business demands and apply domain knowledge to define service priorities

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and challenging requirements

  • Ability to work independently while combining technical knowledge and communication skills

  • English fluency

  • Strong presentation skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
