Description

You will lead the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of RPA solutions. The role includes defining architecture standards, supervising implementation quality and integrations with enterprise systems, and supporting production environments. You will also run tests/POCs and mentor teams through training and internal enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, implement, and maintain RPA solutions

  • Create solution architecture in collaboration with the broader team

  • Supervise software implementation against agreed standards and KPIs/quality metrics

  • Oversee integration and correct functioning of systems/services/applications delivered by the team

  • Track software and business-automation technology trends

  • Conduct tests, pilot rollouts, and proof of concept activities

  • Onboard employees to technical standards for RPA development and delivery

  • Create training programs and a knowledge base (articles/books) for required skills

  • Provide mentoring and internal training on selected technologies and software development topics

  • Collaborate with IT, architecture, and cybersecurity teams

  • Define RPA architectural and developer standards

  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technology decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering RPA projects

  • Strong business-process analysis and understanding

  • Excellent UiPath platform knowledge

  • Experience using AI/GenAI (LLM, Document Understanding, Agentic AI, Copilot, RAG) in business process automation

  • Experience designing scalable, efficient, and maintainable automations

  • Experience with enterprise-grade RPA architecture design and integration with business systems and APIs

  • Knowledge of REST API, JSON, OAuth, and system integration

  • Experience leading a technical team and/or mentoring developers

  • Experience supporting and evolving production environments; knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and RPA quality/governance

  • Experience with other low/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Webcon)

  • English proficiency at B1/B2

  • UiPath certifications (Advanced Developer, Solution Architect, Automation Solution Architect) are a plus
