You will also mentor developers and turn architectural concepts into an executable delivery plan.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the solution as a Tech Lead

• Assess existing solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability

• Analyze and optimize application performance; identify bottlenecks

• Challenge technical assumptions and propose alternative solutions with clear reasoning

• Design and develop distributed systems, integrations, and APIs

• Improve database usage and optimize communication with databases

• Run code reviews and maintain technical standards and solution quality

• Translate architectural concepts into a realistic, deliverable plan for the team

• Lead technology changes and progressive modernization of existing systems

• Make technical decisions balancing solution quality, performance, time-to-deliver, and business needs

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers
