Description

As a Team Leader for development and integration, you will manage a team of developers and oversee process optimization, coding quality standards, and timely delivery of tasks. You will collaborate on the long-term integration architecture, lead technical code review sessions, and provide mentoring and architectural vision to safely evolve key integration systems. You will also report progress, project statuses, and KPI indicators to managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development team: organize daily work, plan tasks, and monitor developer workload

• Shape integration system architecture: participate in defining and implementing long-term integration architecture

• Ensure code quality: enforce engineering best practices and run Code Review sessions

• People development: provide technical mentoring, motivate the team, and support skill growth

• Reporting: communicate progress, project statuses, and KPI metrics to supervisors

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of .NET 10, Python + Django, and databases: MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL

• Practical experience in designing integration system architecture

• Knowledge of the Azure DevOps environment

• Leadership experience including technical mentoring and Code Review

• Familiarity with leadership methods/models: DiSC, ADKAR, SL2
