Description

Support the finalization of the KVU foundation for future case processing and archiving solutions. You will develop, further improve, and quality-assure cost estimates and perform risk and uncertainty analyses—especially with short-notice support for uncertainty analysis immediately after start. You will document assumptions, risks, and uncertainty assessments and contribute subject-matter inputs to the KVU report.

Responsibilities

• Develop, further develop, and quality-assure cost estimates for the KVU concepts

• Apply methodological and domain expertise in cost estimation

• Identify and analyze cost drivers, assumptions, dependencies, and uncertainty factors

• Plan, facilitate, and conduct risk and uncertainty analyses with the project team

• Document estimates, assumptions, risks, and uncertainty assessments

• Provide technical inputs to the KVU report and other decision materials

• Participate in workshops and working meetings as needed

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience

• Specialist competence in cost estimation for application development, IT security, artificial intelligence, platform technology, and integrations between systems

• Proven experience with cost estimation, identifying cost drivers, and risk assessments

• Experience with cost estimation across phases: planning, development & test, operations & further development

• Experience with uncertainty analysis and running uncertainty analysis meetings

• Ability to be authorized under Begrenset and possibly security-cleared when required
