Description

Rewire and modernize an existing reporting application by integrating it with a new Snowflake-based data warehouse. Analyze existing T-SQL queries and migrate the logic accurately, while building and maintaining application features in .NET. Support the transition with testing, source control, and containerization/orchestration work.

Responsibilities

• Rewire the reporting application to integrate with the new Snowflake-based data warehouse
• Analyze and interpret existing T-SQL queries to ensure correct migration of logic
• Develop and maintain application features using .NET 8 and .NET 10
• Implement data access logic using Dapper
• Design and execute unit and integration tests
• Manage source code and collaborate with the team using Git
• Support containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with the client to understand reporting requirements and ensure a smooth transition

Requirements

• 3+ years of .NET development experience; proficiency in .NET 8 and .NET 10
• Knowledge of Snowflake and T-SQL for query and logic migration
• Experience with Dapper
• Skills in unit and integration testing
• Understanding of Git
• Background in Docker and Kubernetes (novice level)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
