Description

Join the team to rewire an existing reporting application by migrating it from a legacy MS SQL Server data warehouse to a new Snowflake-based solution. Analyze and interpret existing TSQL queries to preserve logic, then develop and maintain application features using .NET 8 and .NET 10. Implement data access with Dapper and ensure quality through unit and integration tests while collaborating via Git and supporting Docker/Kubernetes efforts.

Responsibilities

• Rewire the reporting application to integrate with the new Snowflake-based data warehouse
• Analyze and migrate existing TSQL query logic
• Develop and maintain application features using .NET 8 and .NET 10
• Implement data access logic with Dapper
• Design and execute unit and integration tests
• Manage source code and collaborate with the team using Git
• Support containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with the client to understand reporting requirements and ensure a smooth transition

Requirements

• 3+ years of .NET development experience with proficiency in .NET 8 and .NET 10
• Knowledge of Snowflake and TSQL for query and logic migration
• Experience with Dapper for data access
• Skills in unit and integration testing practices
• Understanding of Git for version control
• Background in Docker and Kubernetes at a novice level
• English proficiency B2 or higher
