Description

You will take ownership of SAP products in your area, ensuring budget management, compliance, delivery excellence, and service quality. You will oversee budgeting and financial management for both run and transformation initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and act as the primary escalation point for SAP-related IT matters. You will mentor SAP/Finance team members, serve as a servant leader, and drive the continuous evolution of SAP products and services by improving ways of working and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP products within your area of responsibility

• Ensure effective budget management, compliance, delivery excellence, and service quality

• Oversee budgeting and financial management across run and transformation initiatives

• Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams

• Act as primary escalation point for IT-related matters concerning SAP products

• Mentor and manage SAP/Finance team members in Poland

• Lead as a servant leader: empower team members, remove obstacles, support development

• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships for product and project delivery

• Drive continuous evolution of SAP products/services; improve ways of working and team effectiveness
