Description

You will lead and coach a growing SAP Cloud ERP team and drive SAP Cloud ERP projects from offer creation through successful go-live. The role includes responsibility for staffing, skill development, and alignment with the cloud-ERP strategy, while acting as a trusted partner for customers. You will analyze business processes and advise customers on standard-near cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary team leadership, including coaching, feedback, and development conversations
• Develop team members, steer capacity/utilization, and build skills aligned to the cloud-ERP strategy
• Ensure economic success of SAP Cloud ERP initiatives across the business model (from offer to delivery)
• Build and maintain customer relationships and support them end-to-end, with a focus on SAP Cloud ERP
• Lead project work and deep dives: analyze processes, advise on standard-near cloud solutions, and take responsibility as Project Manager, Solution Architect, or LoB expert through go-live

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading SAP implementations or transformations
• Experience with SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition)
• Knowledge of SAP Business Suite and standard processes for cloud ERP
• Strong LoB expertise (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Professional Services, Project Management, Architecture)
• Experience building and leading teams (distributed cloud project organizations and/or on-site at the customer)
• Established SAP industry network, ideally focused on SAP Cloud ERP
• Confident German and English communication (internally and externally)
