Description

Lead business and system analysis for a new system responsible for distributing PUSH notifications to customers. You will gather, refine, and document business and functional requirements, build and maintain the project backlog, model processes and data flows (including system integrations), and define MVP scope. Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to prepare documentation and decision-support recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and system analysis for the newly designed solution

• Collect, refine, and document business and functional requirements

• Create and maintain the project backlog

• Write user stories with acceptance criteria

• Model business processes, data flows, and integrations between systems

• Define MVP scope and identify items outside MVP scope

• Analyze system integrations and define business rules

• Identify project risks, ambiguities, and dependencies

• Provide recommendations supporting business and architectural decisions

• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and project teams

• Create and maintain analytical and project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (at least first cycle)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an IT Analyst and/or System Analyst in development teams

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the insurance or financial sector

• Practical knowledge of process and requirements modeling using UML, BPMN, or User Story Mapping

• Experience documenting business and functional requirements

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum

• Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders

• Ability to decompose requirements into change specifications for information systems

• SQL knowledge for data analysis and data modeling

• Knowledge of system integration, synchronous and asynchronous communication, and data processing with queues and messaging

• Knowledge of JSON and Avro schema

• Knowledge of Documentation as Code

• English proficiency at least B1/B2
