Description

Join the investment team to support active M&A processes on both buy-side and sell-side, including creating investment documentation, financial models, valuations, and investment presentations. You will also prepare analyses of markets, competition, and potential acquisition targets, help coordinate due diligence, and support owner-level oversight of portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing M&A processes (buy-side and sell-side)

• Build investment documentation, including financial models, enterprise valuations, and investment decks

• Prepare market and competitive analyses and identify potential acquisition targets

• Assist in owner oversight of portfolio companies

• Support coordination of due diligence processes

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of corporate finance and transaction processes

• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• English proficiency at least C1

• Fluent Polish

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time-management skills
