Description

You will work between business and IT: analyze requirements from internal stakeholders, propose technical solutions with business partners, and translate them into clear analytical documentation and delivery-ready inputs for the project team and developers.

You will also collaborate on improving internal applications and data integrations for insurance-related projects.

The role includes a gradual ramp-up into the insurance brokerage domain—learning by doing alongside experienced analysts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements from internal business stakeholders

• Propose technical solutions in collaboration with business

• Create analytical documentation using UML and BPMN

• Prepare specifications for the project team and developers

• Support the development of internal applications and data integrations with insurers

• Participate in digitization and AI-focused projects

• Test and verify new functionality

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience, or business analysis exposure via studies or personal projects

• Technical or IT orientation

• Fundamentals of business analysis

• Basic knowledge of UML and/or BPMN

• Strong communication skills and ability to ask the right follow-up questions

• Ownership mindset—take responsibility and drive specifications to developers
