Description

You will support the replacement of a system that enables the bank’s depositary function for investment funds. The role covers analysis and prioritization of business requirements, control of fund pricing and asset valuation, testing (UAT), and assistance with data migration and go-live stabilization. You will also contribute to improving operational tools, including solutions based on VBA.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create and deliver the replacement project for the depositary-supporting system

  • Analyze, define, and prioritize business requirements; collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and system vendors

  • Monitor the fund pricing process and verify correctness of asset valuation

  • Participate in agreements and reconciliations of fund account balances

  • Prepare, update, and maintain project and operational documentation

  • Develop and modify operational support tools, including VBA-based solutions

  • Create test scenarios, perform business tests (UAT), and support solution acceptance

  • Support data migration, data structure mapping, and quality checks

  • Manage and monitor tickets in Jira

  • Support production implementation: run-time checklists and post go-live stabilization

  • Ensure the delivered solution complies with business requirements and handle change requests

  • Work with teams responsible for fund accounting, custody, transfer agent, reporting, and valuation systems

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Investment Funds Valuation Specialist

  • Participation in implementation or migration projects, especially for investment funds, fund accounting, or custody depositary functions

  • Solid knowledge of banking/capital markets and asset management/custody/fund administration post-trade processes

  • Practical experience collecting and documenting business requirements and modeling processes

  • UAT and acceptance test participation

  • Ability to understand complex data flows and system integrations

  • Effective communication with both business and IT teams

  • Independent and proactive working style; good organization in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

  • Advanced Polish; English at least B2
