Description

The Investment Production Analyst supports business development and retention by maintaining and automating marketing materials that promote investment management capabilities for US institutional, intermediary, and wealth management clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as project manager for assigned fund and strategy commentaries, pitchbooks, factsheets, product profiles, and other marketing collateral—delivering high-quality work within guidelines and deadlines
  • Source and compile data when it is not automated for marketing materials
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and communicate status, issues, and resolutions
  • Develop and produce ad hoc custom marketing PowerPoint presentations with sales and compliance partners
  • Use Seismic to support content maintenance, content management, data automation, and distribution
  • Build understanding of US industry regulatory rules to support creation and maintenance of compliant materials
  • Support process improvement initiatives and other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial services marketing or operations
  • Proficiency working with technology and AI to improve processes and productivity
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
