Description

You will support a long-term international project delivered for a European Union organization by modeling and documenting business processes and translating business needs into requirements and solution scope. The role includes eliciting and analyzing requirements/user stories, supporting product owners and business experts, and working with ServiceNow-related business and system capabilities. You will also contribute to business case/feasibility work and to the design, testing, and change management activities.

Responsibilities

• Model and document value chains/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data

• Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories

• Maintain and track requirements/user stories across the solution lifecycle

• Transfer business, user, and technical needs into business requirements specifications

• Map business goals, benefits, priorities, components, and system features

• Analyze existing systems and identify solution options

• Prepare business cases and feasibility studies

• Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management

• Design/validate/test business processes for process excellence and continuous improvement

• Coach staff on upcoming changes and maintain training plans

• Collaborate with owners of end-to-end processes to find improvement opportunities

• Perform quantitative analyses (cost-benefit and what-if)

• Support organizational change planning, performance monitoring, strategic planning, and transition roadmaps

Requirements

• At least 2 certifications among CCBA (or equivalent) and Certified UML Professional (foundation) or BPM 2 fundamental (or equivalent)

• At least one valid ServiceNow certificate (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Citizen Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or other relevant)

• At least 5 years of IT-relevant professional experience

• At least 3 years of project experience relevant to the BA profile or similar role

• Experience going through the complete lifecycle of a software solution (at least once)

• BA experience on a large-scale project (>1 year duration and >€1M budget) including ERP deployment

• English level C1

• Bachelor’s degree
