Description

You will join a project that delivers and maintains an IT portfolio supporting business automation, communication, and user collaboration. Solutions are developed mainly using SharePoint and ServiceNow and support multiple organizational areas such as HR, Legal, ETIAS, Equipment, Logistics, and Operations. The environment is dynamic, covering both ongoing product development and launching new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and user stories.
• Model and document business processes, value streams, roles, capabilities, and data.
• Create business requirements specifications and translate business/user needs into IT solution requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and support identification and evaluation of potential solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Experts, Product Owners, business users, and technical teams across the solution lifecycle.
• Design, validate, and test business processes; identify optimization opportunities.
• Run process effectiveness analyses, including cost/benefit and “what-if” scenarios.
• Support solution/system design, testing, quality assurance, and organizational/process change management.
• Prepare roadmaps and deployment plans; support adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Support strategic and operational planning and communicate goals, scope, and requirements to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in projects in a similar profile or role.
• Experience delivering at least one IT solution through the full lifecycle.
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML modeling/analytics (capability, activity, state diagrams, logical data models).
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and user stories.
• Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or similar).
• Business Analyst experience in a large project (min. 1 year, budget > EUR 1M) including ERP implementation.
• Business process analysis experience, especially: Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Financial Management, Legal, HR, or Project Management.
• Practical ServiceNow knowledge for business/system analysis of standard modules and custom/scoped apps: ITSM (HAM, CMDB), SecOps, Customer Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Strategic Portfolio Management (on-premise and/or cloud).
• Very good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create and maintain high-quality analytical and project documentation.
• Business analysis certification (CCBA or equivalent, or UML Professional Foundation / BPM2 Fundamental).
• ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Citizen Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, or equivalent).
• Higher education.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
