Description

You will help translate business requirements into solid, scalable data models in a regulated banking context where both regulatory understanding and technical precision matter. Work closely with business and developer teams to design data products, analyze data processes and flows, and build structures that support analytics and reporting. You will also ensure data governance, quality, security, and documentation standards aligned with GDPR/RODO, while maintaining metadata and business dictionaries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and development teams to define requirements and design data products
• Analyze logical and physical data models for mapping new data products
• Analyze business processes and data flows; optimize them and design new solutions
• Define relationships between business areas and develop scalable data structures for analytics and reporting
• Maintain governance standards for data quality, security, and documentation according to GDPR/RODO
• Develop and maintain metadata, business dictionaries, and data flow maps

Requirements

• ~5 years experience as a business analyst or data analyst, preferably on banking-sector projects
• Practical knowledge of data modeling tools: Erwin and Enterprise Architect
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and banking processes/products
• Ability to translate business requirements into data models
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders from both business and IT
• Strong communication skills and independence
