Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with clients and internal GTM teams to identify business improvement opportunities and shape transformation initiatives. You will lead business workshops, analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, define future-state solutions, and build delivery roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead business workshops with stakeholders to understand business objectives, current processes, and improvement opportunities.

• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions aligned to business goals.

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements using clear, structured documentation and appropriate analysis techniques.

• Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, and delivery roadmaps to support successful implementation.

• Present findings, recommendations, and solution options confidently to business stakeholders and project teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within consulting or large-scale transformation programs.

• Strong business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements elicitation skills.

• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills across organizational levels.

• Experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting delivery teams during implementation.
