Description

Lead business analysis for ServiceNow projects by gathering and documenting requirements with stakeholders, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, and supporting solution design and delivery. Facilitate workshops and meetings, create user stories, process flows, and use cases, and help ensure successful configuration, testing, training, and change management. This role operates in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for ServiceNow projects across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or others)
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to drive requirement consensus
• Develop user stories, process flows, and use cases for solution design and development
• Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business objectives
• Support testing, training, and change management activities
• Apply best practices for ServiceNow implementations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow processes, modules, and integrations (public sector SNOW experience is a plus)
• Strong business process analysis and design skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
• Consulting experience or working with global clients is preferred
