Description

You will analyze and align business and system requirements for projects related to retail banking products such as personal and savings accounts, term deposits, and cards. You will bridge business and technical perspectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The work includes running analytical workshops, producing and approving requirement specifications, and defining quality and acceptance criteria for changes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and align business and system requirements and processes

• Plan, conduct, and document analytical meetings and workshops

• Prepare and get approval for business and system requirement specifications

• Perform feasibility studies for proposed requirements and changes

• Define quality and acceptance criteria for changes, including developing test scenarios

• Estimate requirement complexity, including effort, budget, and delivery timelines

• Create and update user instructions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis

• Experience in the banking or financial sector, preferably retail banking

• Ability to assess effectiveness of completed tasks and provide conclusions and recommendations

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, UML, BPMN, and SQL

• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies

• Fluent Polish

• Openness to hybrid work: 1–2 days per week in the Warsaw office
