Description

You will help international clients understand and improve their business processes, translating business needs into practical automation and Process Intelligence solutions. The role combines process analysis, project coordination, and documentation with active client engagement through workshops and training. You will support implementation and testing and help teams through change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client sessions for process discovery and process observations
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Create process documentation (process maps, PDD, requirements, recommendations)
  • Assess and prioritize automation opportunities
  • Build business cases and estimate potential value
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for developers and technical teams
  • Support Process Intelligence implementation and configuration
  • Analyze process and activity data, identify patterns, and present practical findings
  • Support clients in choosing suitable technologies
  • Prepare test scenarios and coordinate business testing
  • Support change management and communication activities
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and meetings
  • Present analysis outcomes, recommendations, and project updates
  • Coordinate communication between business, technical, and project stakeholders
  • Support project planning, progress tracking, and risk identification
  • Build trusted client relationships and identify potential for further cooperation
  • Over time, independently run client trainings and practical workshops

Requirements

  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of modern technologies
  • Understanding of business context and ability to ask the right questions
  • Ability to recommend practical solutions beyond a pure technology focus
  • Data proficiency: identify patterns and turn insights into business recommendations
  • Solid project coordination and work organization skills
  • Readiness to facilitate client workshops and trainings (with support from more experienced team members when needed)
  • Polish and English proficiency at least C1
  • High personal culture and professional approach
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel for business (10–15% of working time)
