E-commerce Manager

Mid • On-site

180,000 - 240,000 PLN/yr

Warsaw, Poland

Quick Facts

  • Role: E-commerce Manager
  • Focus: On-site customer journey, CRO, and event-based marketing automation

Description

Own the customer path in the store—from entry through product pages, categories, and onsite search to post-purchase communication—and develop it strictly based on numbers. You’ll design hypotheses, run tests, evaluate statistical significance, implement winners, and move forward. AI and language models are expected to be a daily working tool for data work and content production at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Product pages and categories: ensure logical, complete, comparable variant structures; build data-driven display rules (availability, margin, season)
  • Onsite search: synonyms, ranking, zero-results handling; search by parameters
  • Data & experimentation: define core metrics, segments, dashboards; maintain an A/B test backlog with clear success criteria and correct statistics
  • Unified product data model used for filters, comparison tools, and Google feed
  • Marketing automation and owned channels: event- and segment-based communication (abandoned cart, abandoned browsing, return-to-product)
  • Post-sale lifecycle: delivery, installation, review, and upsell/cross-sell flows; season reactivation
  • Measurement: estimate incremental revenue using control groups
  • AI-driven personalization and recommendations
  • Product content (with content team): images, visualizations, videos, installation instructions, and technical parameters; AI-first production (generate/retouch images and create scaled product descriptions)
  • Content quality controls: completeness targets and time-to-launch; moderate and surface customer-generated content
  • Speed & devices: improve Core Web Vitals with mobile-first thinking; prioritize changes with the IT team

Requirements

  • Experience leading onsite, CRO, or e-commerce product initiatives
  • Documented A/B tests and implemented changes that affected outcomes (including failures with learnings)
  • Practical daily use of AI for image/text generation, data analysis, and automation (scripts or API integrations are a plus)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and building event-based sequences
  • Ability to organize process and team work without stopping the business
  • Quantitative approach: understanding experiment statistics, working independently with data, and experience with GA4 and GTM
  • English at a level allowing work with documentation and analysis of international stores

Benefits

  • Results-based bonus
  • B2B contract up to 20,000 PLN net (+VAT) per month
  • Hybrid work: 3 days office (Warsaw, Wola) and 2 remote
  • Content/product support team and specialized agencies handle acquisition; you focus on store performance
  • Real impact in a fast-growing e-commerce business
  • Multisport & Medicover
  • Employee discounts on company products and services
  • No dress code
  • Coffee/tea and employee parking
  • Private medical care
