Description

Provide first-line support for internal colleagues using a digital workplace, handling questions and issue resolution via phone and a central ticketing platform. Troubleshoot and support services including the ordering portal, Microsoft Office/Office 365, Citrix, network connectivity, and printing. Depending on experience and needs, you may also perform back-office activities such as knowledge base updates, end-user communications, training, change management contributions, security checks, and software upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Answer digital workplace questions received by telephone or ticketing platform

• Fix issues and provide guidance for ordering portal, Microsoft Office Package/Office 365, Citrix, network connectivity, printing, and related topics

• Perform onsite request fulfillment for users located in Warsaw

• Support additional back-office tasks as needed (knowledge base updates, communications, training, change management, security checks, software upgrades)

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of German and English; Spanish is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Windows Client and Citrix environment from a user perspective

• Understanding of Android and iOS is helpful

• Customer service experience supporting technical and non-technical users is an advantage

• Quick learning, friendly and proactive attitude, ability to prioritize, openness to new technologies and tasks
