Description

Lead the Business Partnerships team to establish and operate an enterprise Order Management (OM) platform capability and operating model. Serve as a critical liaison between Product, Billing Operations, Technology, Finance, and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into operational solutions. Drive delivery across product initiatives, M&A implementations, and ongoing M&A operational transition and standardization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of business analysts and project resources

  • Set team priorities aligned to organizational objectives and product strategies

  • Oversee analysis, planning, and implementation of product-specific initiatives affecting billing and operational processes

  • Manage cross-functional execution from concept through implementation and post-launch stabilization

  • Lead business analysis for M&A integrations and onboarding of acquired businesses into Mastercard operational and billing frameworks

  • Establish integration roadmaps, implementation plans, and governance structures

  • Evaluate and standardize ongoing M&A operational activities and develop scalable processes for transferring support to Revenue Operations Excellence (ROE)

  • Reduce manual work via automation, standardization, and process redesign

  • Build documentation, controls, and support models for sustainable ownership

  • Present status, risks, recommendations, and business outcomes to senior/executive leadership and facilitate alignment across functions

  • Ensure governance, issue management, and escalation processes are in place

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, Product Operations, or related functions

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams

  • Significant experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives and complex business transformations

  • Deep understanding of Mastercard Billing Systems (MCBS) and billing operations processes

  • Experience defining business requirements, process models, operational controls, and implementation strategies

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle, revenue operations, and operational support frameworks

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and traditional project delivery methodologies
