Description

You will analyze production, planning, and logistics data to support management decision-making. The role focuses on KPI monitoring, identifying deviations from production plans, and creating reports, analyses, and dashboards.

You will also automate and improve analytics and reporting tools and take part in operational optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production, planning, and logistics data to support decision-making

• Prepare reports, analyses, and dashboards for management

• Monitor key KPIs related to production, inventory, and plan execution

• Identify deviations from production plans and recommend corrective actions

• Support short-, mid-, and long-term planning processes

• Analyze production capacity utilization and resource availability

• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Controlling teams on operational analyses

• Develop and automate reporting tools and analytics processes

• Participate in optimization projects aimed at improving operational efficiency

Requirements

• Higher education (preferred: data analytics, computer science, production management)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytics role

• Very good MS Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot tables, advanced functions)

• Power BI knowledge (or other Business Intelligence tools)

• SQL knowledge enabling independent query writing

• Ability to analyze large datasets

• Ability to draw conclusions and formulate business recommendations

• Ability to present data clearly to a business audience

• Independence in daily work
