Description

Lead UX design activities that connect insight, imagination, and execution for AI/agentic computing experiences. You will conduct user research to translate complex multi-step reasoning into clear journeys, design non-deterministic UI patterns that handle latency and error states, and shape collaborative loops including human validation moments.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and create journey maps for human-AI relationship pain points

• Design dynamic interaction patterns for AI latency, ambiguity, and error states

• Facilitate workshops and usability tests for co-creation with AI engineers and creative technologists

• Design human-in-the-loop validation and transparency/trust handoff moments

• Advocate for accessibility and ethical, inclusive AI experiences

• Use storytelling to align the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery

Requirements

• UX/experience design or related field with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects

• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methods

• Comfortable facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients

• Direct experience with AI, agentic AI/UX, and data-driven design (preferred)

• POV on how AI can drive human-centered design and co-creation

• Experience with emerging AI assistants (e.g., Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, Lovable)

• Fluent in Figma or Sketch (or similar prototyping tools)

• Experience collaborating with developers/product managers to deliver research insights

• Excellent communication skills in English
