Description

You’ll strengthen a small team of designers by owning UX and visual UI work for projects across fintech, medtech, retail, and IoT. The role includes direct collaboration with clients, creating user flows, wireframes, design concepts, functional prototypes, and handing off to developers. You’ll also validate design solutions with users and iterate based on findings.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely and communicate directly with clients from requirements through handoff

  • Present design solutions

  • Participate in design sprints

  • Own the design of entire projects—from requirements to prototype and handoff

  • Explore and vary design concepts to move the project forward

  • Test designs with users and evaluate results

  • Collaborate with product managers and other designers

  • Provide constructive feedback

Requirements

  • Experience designing mobile and web applications

  • Strong portfolio showing product strategy understanding and UX + visual design skills

  • Effective work in Figma

  • Prototyping, user testing, and evaluation

  • Ability to use client brand guidelines and produce UI kits

  • User-centric design with consideration of client business goals

  • Ownership of design from user flows, sitemap, and wireframes through concepts, functional prototypes, and handoff

  • Ability to brainstorm, explore, and iterate on variations

  • Excellent knowledge of iOS and Android principles and guidelines

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication

  • High-level Czech and English

  • Absolute independence and responsibility
