Description

Lead and improve Identity and Access Management capabilities in a complex environment using analytics, diagnostics, and strong project ownership. Implement PBAC solutions (e.g., PlainID, Axiomatics) at scale for large user populations and complex access scenarios, and integrate with directory services and identity providers. Apply security engineering practices and automation to support continuous security validation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PBAC solutions and related access controls at scale
• Use design metrics, analytics tools, and benchmarking to identify best practices
• Perform operational process change and continuous improvement
• Support IAM integrations with directory services, identity providers, and security protocols
• Develop scripts and automate workflows for security and identity validation
• Apply offensive security engineering capabilities (e.g., red team, external attack surface management) and continuous security validation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• Experience in Financial Services or a large complex/global environment
• Project management experience
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking, and reporting
• Strong analytic and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with virtual teams
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and take ownership
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines or changing requirements
• Proven operational process change and improvement experience
• Strong PBAC principles knowledge with implementation experience at scale (e.g., PlainID, Axiomatics)
• Scripting/automation experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar
• Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP and identity providers such as PlainID, Okta, or Azure AD
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s in Computer Science
