Description

You will design and implement IDM/IAM/IGA solutions based on NetIQ Identity Manager, integrating them with customers’ IT environments. You will lead projects technically and ensure delivery quality, including role models (RBAC/ABAC) and access policies. You will also advise clients on adapting identity management processes to business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and comprehensively deploy IDM/IAM/IGA solutions using NetIQ Identity Manager; integrate with client IT environments
• Act as technical project lead and ensure solution quality
• Build role models (RBAC/ABAC), access policies, and business logic using NetIQ capabilities
• Advise and support customers in aligning identity governance processes with business needs
• Create and approve technical documentation
• Collaborate with clients and IT/cybersecurity teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IDM/IAM, including NetIQ (Micro Focus/OpenText) deployments and administration
• Experience designing and implementing Identity Manager drivers
• Knowledge of NetIQ eDirectory, Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SQL, and API or SCIM
• Practical knowledge of DirXML, Java, PowerShell, and/or JavaScript used to configure and automate IDM solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into business language
• English language proficiency at least B2
