About the assignment

We are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer to join a highly skilled team responsible for designing, building, and operating Identity and Access Management platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves close collaboration with development, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM capabilities as part of a broader cloud transformation journey.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions and architectures
• Operate and evolve IAM platforms and infrastructure
• Support cloud and platform onboarding with secure IAM patterns
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and ensure compliance with security policies
• Continuously improve the organization’s security posture in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Profile & Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM engineering experience with hands-on expertise in access-management tools
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: TLS, DNS, proxies, firewalls, and VPNs
• Experience managing IDP solutions and identity federation technologies
• Experience with Single Sign-On and Multi Factor Authentication solutions, such as FIDO2
• Experience working in hybrid and multi-cloud enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak, or Curity
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of complex IT infrastructure

To thrive in this role, you have

• 5 years or more of IAM engineering experience
• Expert, hands-on experience with access-management tools
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals: TLS, DNS, proxies, firewalls, and VPNs
• Advanced knowledge of certificate management and PKI, including SSL/TLS certificate handling
• Advanced knowledge of identity federation technologies, such as OpenID Connect and OAuth2
• Experience managing different IDP solutions
• Good knowledge of Single Sign-On and Multi Factor Authentication solutions, such as FIDO2
• Advanced knowledge of DevSecOps tools, including platform management with Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and GitHub Actions
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Spring, or JavaScript
• Good knowledge of Linux, LDAP, OpenShift, and infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
• Experience working in hybrid and multi-cloud enterprise environments, including secure integration across multiple cloud providers and on-premises platforms
• Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise identity platforms, such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Keycloak, or Curity
• Experience operating within complex and highly integrated IT environments
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex identity and access issues across diverse systems and environments
