Description

You will administer and ensure the stable operation of a central Identity Management solution, driving its continuous improvement. You will own the complete user lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) including timely provisioning and deprovisioning, and implement IAM processes with the HCM function and relevant stakeholders. You will also integrate source and target systems through existing interfaces and help enhance identity security measures against cyber risks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate the central identity management platform and ensure ongoing development
• Model and optimize the full user lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) with timely provisioning and deprovisioning
• Implement IAM processes technically and evolve them with HCM and stakeholders
• Connect source and target systems via existing interfaces and ensure clean system integration
• Contribute to identity assurance and support further development of protection measures against cyber risks

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally in a complex IT environment
• Proven knowledge of administration, configuration, and operation of IDM/IAM systems
• Experience with or leadership in IT/Identity Management projects is a plus
• Analytical, structured approach and ability to understand technical and functional contexts
• Very good German and good English skills
