Description

You will own the enterprise market segment’s quote-to-order funnel, designing self-service and human-assisted experiences that remove friction while respecting enterprise controls and process requirements. You will define a 6–12 month product strategy and roadmap, run structured experiments across RFQ intake and multi-stakeholder approvals, and be accountable for measurable outcomes. The role requires moving quickly from ambiguous signals to shipped, statistically sound improvements—using spec-first workflows that AI agents can execute.

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise quote-to-order funnel end to end (procurement intake, onboarding, repeat ordering)

  • Run experiments on RFQ intake flows and multi-stakeholder approval steps to improve activation, conversion, and expansion

  • Conduct user research and gather insights from multiple personas (engineers, procurement leads, compliance reviewers) via interviews, surveys, and usage data

  • Proactively identify and define new problem spaces across the enterprise buyer lifecycle

  • Define product strategy and roadmap with outcomes and milestones for technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Set KPIs, monitor results, and adjust priorities in real time based on data

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and adoption through rollout strategy, in-app education, and customer communication

  • Build and ship with AI agents using structured, machine-executable, spec-first documentation
