• Role: Product Manager (Product area ownership, Compliance & Ethics)

Description

Own a product area end-to-end—from continuous discovery through delivery, testing, launch, and enablement. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team (product, design, data, engineering) to research customer needs (including generative research), define actionable specs, and communicate the “why” behind user needs. You’ll also track key product metrics with the Data lead and use AI tools to accelerate discovery and improve how the product is built and communicated.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a product area
• Scope and oversee end-to-end feature delivery (design, development, testing, launch, enablement)
• Conduct generative research and analyze data; map customer journeys
• Act as the voice of customers and advocate for meaningful solutions
• Break complex problems into opportunity briefs and clear specifications
• Manage product risks (technical dependencies, resource constraints, market shifts) and prioritize by impact vs. effort
• Define and track key product metrics with the Data lead
• Leverage AI tools to explore ideas and speed up discovery

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• End-to-end product ownership from discovery through delivery and launch
• Self-driven “get things done” mindset
• Strong team collaboration; comfortable working remotely with occasional office visits
• Strong goal-setting and prioritization skills; able to make trade-offs
• Excellent communication tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset: define metrics and use product analytics to measure impact
• Experience in fast-paced scale-up environments with global product
• Familiarity with enterprise customers; compliance/whistleblowing/HR/governance tools experience is a plus
• Fluent in English (Czech is a plus)
