Description

Own the development of AI-powered, web-based employee experiences within EmployeeWorks, guiding the “new Web surface” and inbound employee assistant experience. You will partner closely with ML, engineering, and UX to translate ambiguous user feedback into clear product specifications and measurable success metrics. Stay ahead of AI product trends and research to shape strategic bets and differentiated features for enterprise users.

Responsibilities

  • Guide development of new employee experiences on the new Web surface

  • Collaborate with PMs, ML, engineering, and UX to identify critical capabilities to ship delightful and performant AI-powered products

  • Translate ambiguous problems and user feedback into product specs and success metrics that guide engineering execution

  • Turn AI product trends and research into strategic product bets and differentiated features

  • Build alignment across cross-functional partners by communicating product vision, roadmaps, and outcomes

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of Product Management experience owning technically complex, high-impact products (ideally with machine learning or generative AI platforms)

  • 5+ years overall varied technology experience

  • Deep familiarity with machine learning concepts and a strong track record working with ML engineers (natural language understanding, semantic search, conversational AI, agentic workflows, and speech technologies)

  • Strong technical acumen, ideally with prior software or ML engineering experience; ability to dive into system architecture, APIs, and infrastructure-level decisions

  • Proven success shipping enterprise-grade products to large user bases, including rollout strategies, customer feedback loops, and go-to-market coordination

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; can simplify complexity and decide amid ambiguity using available data

  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data science, marketing, and customers

  • Balanced strategy and execution: long-term thinking with high-impact near-term delivery

  • Startup mindset: thrives in fast-paced environments with ambiguity
