Description

Own and execute the monetization product roadmap to drive subscription revenue growth. Lead cross-functional teams, run multivariate A/B tests, and use key product metrics to optimize the purchase funnel and improve conversion and revenue. Present plans and results to align stakeholders around monetization goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for monetization strategies aligned to company goals and user needs

• Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to prioritize features, set timelines, and ensure successful product delivery

• Design, implement, and measure multivariate A/B tests to validate incremental impact and optimize features

• Monitor key product metrics and iterate on features, focusing on purchase funnel enhancements for improved conversion and revenue

• Communicate and present to effectively align with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing subscription businesses

• Solid understanding of subscription revenue generation, acquisition, conversion, and retention models

• Proven track record leading monetization initiatives from ideation to launch

• Ability to identify challenges and craft solutions that meet business objectives and user needs

• Experience with A/B testing, user research, and other optimization methodologies

• Analytical mindset to gather and interpret data and measure user behavior and revenue opportunities/impact

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong understanding of product management methodologies including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development
