Description

Own product strategy, roadmap priorities, and investment decisions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, represent the customer voice using feedback and market/competitive insights, and drive data-informed decisions with clear success metrics. Collaborate across engineering, design, GTM, support, and field teams to deliver measurable customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap priorities, and investment decisions

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering and partner teams around clear priorities, outcomes, dependencies, and execution plans

• Use customer feedback, market insights, competitive analysis, and data to inform product direction and prioritization

• Establish success metrics and monitor product and business outcomes to maximize impact

• Influence leadership and teams through clear communication, sound judgment, and operational excellence

• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent experience)

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Benefits

• Base pay range (U.S.): USD $119,800–$234,700 per year (location-dependent ranges may apply)
