Description

Lead the development of the next-generation Moveworks Agentic Assistant ecosystem on the web. Design and implement AI-powered agent builder features, build scalable UI frameworks, and architect enterprise-focused web technology stacks including authentication, event tracking, and design systems. Collaborate with product and ML teams to improve user experience and increase customer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered agent builder product features using cutting-edge technical approaches
• Expand product reach to more customers, domains, and global markets while maintaining high-quality engineering execution
• Architect and build web technology stacks such as authentication, event tracking, application platform, and design systems
• Drive best practices and standards for modular, scalable web apps and APIs between backend services
• Work closely with product, ML, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and address technology gaps
• Operate at a startup pace with a high degree of ownership

Requirements

• BS or higher in computer science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of professional experience building complex web applications
• Experience with modern Web UI frameworks (e.g., React) and building UI at scale
• Strong product sense and passion for scalable web or conversational UI products
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong learning mindset and willingness to work outside your comfort zone

Benefits

Base pay guideline is $143,200–$243,400 (plus equity when applicable), along with variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
