Description

You will design and build a secure, accessible, responsive support portal powered by an agentic conversational AI assistant. The role spans the full stack, from React UI work to Python services, including streaming AI assistant responses and multi-step agent workflows. You will also implement escalation paths from AI to human support agents and deliver end-to-end features.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a modern web portal with React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, emphasizing UI quality, accessibility, and responsiveness

• Develop backend services and APIs using Python 3 and FastAPI

• Implement REST APIs and Server-Sent Events (SSE) streaming, including streaming AI responses to the UI

• Build and evolve an agentic AI assistant (tool calling, knowledge retrieval, multi-step workflows)

• Implement escalation flows from the AI assistant to human support agents

• Set up secure authentication and authorization with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC (Azure AD via MSAL or Ping), including MFA

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and deliver features end-to-end

• Conduct code reviews and contribute to documentation and best practices

• Share knowledge and support a collaborative learning culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of fullstack development experience

• Strong React (ideally React 19) and TypeScript

• Solid Python 3 and FastAPI

• Tailwind CSS and modern frontend tooling

• REST APIs and SSE streaming experience end to end

• OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication flows experience (Azure AD with MSAL or Ping) including MFA

• GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline experience

• Experience building LLM-based or agentic AI solutions, including prompting, tool calling, RAG, and evaluation

• Familiarity with WCAG and responsive design

• Proactive, curious mindset and ability to work in evolving environments

• Fluent English communication
