• Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer (FastAPI, React)

• Focus: Agentic AI workflows for legal document execution

Description

You will build an AI-native platform for the legal industry, creating agentic AI workflows that execute end-to-end document work (review, drafting, analysis, anonymization, translation, semantic search). The platform is highly scalable and performant to handle large volumes of large legal documents, with close collaboration and real ownership of product direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and AI workflow execution

• Build and improve frontend experiences for the platform

• Deliver high-quality code and challenge product and technical decisions

• Collaborate closely with the product team on system design and direction

Requirements

• Strong English communication (C1+)

• Experience building scalable, robust backend systems within (or close to) the provided stack

• Hands-on AI tooling experience in daily work (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, international startup environment
