Description

Build and evolve a scalable, extensible runtime platform to develop and run AI agent workloads, including long-running and proactive workflows. Lead architecture and engineering efforts for runtime capabilities that support extensibility at scale and multi-agent collaboration, while delivering reliable, observable systems. Emphasize responsible AI practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• AI-native engineering: champion responsible use of AI across the SDLC; improve team productivity with AI tools; ensure accountability for AI-generated artifacts
• Raise engineering quality and reliability: lead code reviews, debugging, incident retrospectives; improve code quality, testability, security, and maintainability
• Architecture and cross-team design: guide complex system design; evaluate technology choices; manage dependencies; ensure scalability, reliability, performance, cost, and compliance
• Delivery and live-site health: drive project execution, safe deployments, observability, incident response, and customer-focused decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience training/evaluating search/information retrieval systems as Product Manager, Software Developer, or Data Scientist
• Experience with search, retrieval, ranking, recommendation systems, or LLM-powered experiences
• Solid technical depth in system architecture and APIs; ability to collaborate closely with engineering and data science
• Track record shipping complex, cross-team products or features at scale from early concept to general availability
