Description

You will help evolve a production TypeScript core platform, designing architecture and building full-stack features. The role combines system design with LLM/agentic development approaches (e.g., RAG and tool calls) and practical AI coding agent usage. Quality, clean architecture, and shipping production-ready code are central expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI-driven development using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot; break down epics into modular tasks and manage multiple agents in parallel

• Contribute to the software factory with skills, automated review and implementation processes, and CI/CD integration

• Review, debug, and refactor AI-generated code; take ownership of quality, security, maintainability, and production readiness

• Build full-stack features in a TypeScript monorepo with Next.js, tRPC, PostgreSQL (via Drizzle), Inngest, Auth/RBAC, and complex domain logic

• Drive architecture and system design, especially for tenant isolation, workflow automation, and long-term monorepo structure

Requirements

• Multiple years of deep Full-Stack production system experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js

• Proven system design experience and typed API contracts, especially tRPC

• Experience with pnpm/Turborepo setups (multiple apps and packages)

• Relational database expertise, especially PostgreSQL, including schema design and safe migrations with Drizzle

• LLM development experience and familiarity with approaches such as RAG, context engineering, tool calls, agentic loops, knowledge graphs, or agentic memory

• Strong quality mindset for testing, error handling, and clean architecture; ship only production-ready code

• Ability to translate complex technical topics into precise LLM architecture instructions and context boundaries

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

• Preferred: Inngest (or similar event-driven/background job systems)

• Preferred: OpenSearch and advanced search/LLM features (RAG, reranking, vector search, complex document processing)

• Preferred: B2B SaaS domain experience (i18n, accessibility, RBAC, audit trails, tenant isolation)

• Preferred: LLM-assisted product features (tool use, KI workflows, RAG)
